The Law on Sustainable Waste Management defines the following:

  • Production waste is waste generated by the manufacturing process in industry, crafts and other processes, except for the residues from the manufacturing process used in the manufacturing process of the same manufacturer
  • A waste producer is any person whose waste is generated by some form of activity and/or that by prior treatment, mixing or other process changes the composition or properties of waste.
  • The waste producer and other waste holder are obliged to submit waste to the person performing the waste management activity according to the law.

MC Čišćenje d.o.o. performs the management of hazardous and non-hazardous waste for which it has the appropriate permits / certificates of the competent state institutions:

  • Permission to conduct hazardous waste management activities (Ministry of Environmental Protection and Nature of the Republic of Croatia)
  • Permission to conduct non-hazardous waste management activities (Sisak-Moslavina County Environmental and Nature Protection Department)
  • Certificate of entry into the Register of Waste Management Agents (Ministry of Environmental Protection and Nature of the Republic of Croatia)
  • Certificate of entry into the register of waste carriers (Ministry of Environmental Protection and Nature of the Republic of Croatia)
  • Certificate of entry into the Register of Waste Traders (Ministry of Environmental Protection and Nature of the Republic of Croatia)
  • Certificate for export of waste that is not subject to notification procedure (Ministry of Environmental Protection and Nature of the Republic of Croatia)

MC Čišćenje d.o.o. is an authorized collector of waste lubricating oils in the territory of the Republic of Croatia for which he has a contract with the Croatian Environmental Protection and Energy Efficiency Fund.
